No-holdout for Tua Tagovailoa! Dolphins’ star WR, Tyreek Hill, known for leaving defenders in the dust, has some chill news about their QB’s contract situation. In a tweet shared by reporter David Furones, Hill assured everyone that Tagovailoa will be at training camp, even with those big extension talks still in play.

“As a teammate, as a brother, I try to stay out of it,” Hill said in the interview. But his actions speak louder than words. Highlighting Tagovailoa’s positive attitude, Hill continued, “But as far as how he feels, I’d say he’s very excited to be back on the team with all the other guys. He’s coming to work without getting a deal done, and it’s awesome to have him around.”

This is a major win for the Dolphins. A holdout by their star QB during training camp could have disrupted the team’s rhythm, heading into the season. Hill went a step further, emphasizing Tagovailoa’s competitive spirit: “He will practice at training camp. He’s very competitive, and he understands that we have a very good team—great offense, great defense—so yeah, he’s gonna practice.”

But Hill’s support for the 26-year-old extends beyond just wanting him on the field. He’s become a vocal advocate for his QB, even appearing on ESPN’s SportsCenter to champion Tagovailoa’s value. “For people to like to sit here and try to discredit Tua and say he’s not deserving of a contract is wild to me,” the star WR said.

With Tyreek Hill in his corner, publicly praising Tagovailoa’s work ethic and leadership, the young QB’s got a strong ally by his side. Will this translate to a hefty contract extension? Let’s see. But this QB-WR connection could be a game-changer for the Dolphins’ offensive firepower.

Hill and Tagovailoa: The dynamic duo set to ignite Miami’s offense

Dolphins’ WR Hill and QB Tagovailoa could be a matchup nightmare for opposing defenses. Remember Miami’s week 1 against the Chargers last season? Hill exploded for 215 yards and 2 touchdowns, while Tagovailoa threw for a career-high 466 yards and 3 TDs. Their rapport was undeniable! Coach Mike McDaniel credits their offseason work for the on-field success: “Those two guys are a great example of dedication. They were on the same page, for sure.”

The Phins’ star QB also showed significant improvement from his 2022 season, connecting on 17 of 23 attempts over the middle for 300 yards and a touchdown—a massive leap forward. There were a couple of fumbles and risky interceptions, but overall, he was sharp. If Hill and Tagovailoa keep up their chemistry from last season, Miami’s offense could seriously light up the AFC. Buckle up, Dolphins fans—this season could be epic!
