Did the Simpsons predict Donald Trump getting shot? Just like millions of fans who believe in the predictions of the Simpsons,  Miami Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill is also looking for evidence. Hill is wondering whether the “assassination attempt” was already scripted on the show. The Republican presidential candidate dodged the bullet during the campaign rally, as it slightly pierced the upper part of his right ear.

Tyreek Hill posted his thoughts on his Twitter handle @cheetah, to dig out the Simpsons’ prediction for this heinous act. He wrote, “Waiting on someone to post a Simpson clip saying they predicted it.” Matt Groening’s animated sitcom, Simpsons, has made several uncanny predictions previously, including Donald Trump’s presidency, the Biden-Harris presidency, murder hornets, the horse meat scandal, and the list goes on.

Of particular interest is Simpsons’ season 11, episode 17 “Bart to the Future” which premiered in 2000, featuring Donald Trump as president. And, it did not come as a surprise when Trump announced his presidential run for 2024, making it official. Now, the search has begun and the 30-year WR, Tyreek Hill has joined, to find any leads in the series.

Soon after his post surfaced on the internet, fans started giving their hilarious reaction. However, they have yet to find the Simpsons episode clip. But, Hill seemingly got significant leads into his findings as a follower took to the comment section to share a screenshot. The closest reference is the scene in which the Trump-like caricature lies in the coffin, as the Twitter user @kingdavid954 shared it.

Another user, @BitcoinMusic also separately posted the same image writing, “Simpsons got some explaining to do, #trump shot. Can’t make this stuff up.” However, these claims on predictions are just coincidences or a reflection of recurrent human behaviors. Even Donald Trump once made a prediction about Tyreek Hill.

Donald Trump’s prediction involving Tyreek Hill

Back in January 2020, when Justin Jefferson made a White House visit with the LSU Tigers, as they celebrated their 2019 NCAA Football National Championship victory, Donald Trump made a bizarre prediction. Trump said: “Justin Jefferson set a college football playoff record, where is Justin? He’s gonna be so rich… we’re looking at money!” shaking his hand as Jefferson would surpass Tyreek Hill’s achievements.

And, this came true, as at the age of 24, Jefferson overtook the $120 million fame of the WR Tyreek Hill, to become the highest-paid wide receiver in NFL history. Drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in 2020, he signed a four-year, $140 million contract, overtaking Hill. Indeed the world works in wondrous ways!
