Tyreek’s house burns down

An unfortunate incident occurred at the $6.9 million mansion when a child playing with a lighter inadvertently started a fire in one of the bedrooms. Hill, sharing the distressing news with his teammates, couldn’t hide his sadness. “It’s done. The house done, bro. Smoke damage, fire damage. The whole upstairs is burnt down. It’s alright, though,” he expressed.

The fire which erupted on January 3 led to a staggering $2.3 million in damages. Fortunately, everyone present in the house at the time of the incident was unharmed, and local firefighting authorities confirmed there were no injuries resulting from the fire.

Officials from the Davie Fire Rescue Department informed PEOPLE that as firefighters endeavored to control the flames, Hill and his wife, Keeta Vaccaro, were spotted on the street outside their residence, watching the efforts to salvage their home. The firefighting team had to cut through the roof to tackle the fire that originated in the upper section of the main house.

Here’s hoping that the Hill family finds a buyer and the family moves on from the scarring incident.
