She uploaded a carousel of pictures showcasing their life together, from the couple’s images to family time with their dogs and new baby boy. “7 years, 2 dogs and 1 baby later & I love you more than I did when we were 15🫶🏽 happy anniversary love, our last one before we get married!!!😆.”

The love between McCarthy and Kuropas predates NFL stadium lighting and cameras. The couple met at the Nazareth Academy in La Grange Park, Illinois, where McCarthy established himself as one of the country’s best young quarterbacks. Kuropas has been with him from college at Michigan to his first years in the NFL with the Vikings.

They took their relationship to the next step in January 2024 when McCarthy proposed to Kuropas for marriage.
