The Vikings had tried a $2 million gamble that failed. They bought around 1900 tickets worth $1,000, totaling around $2 million. They sold it to their fans at a concession price of $200, hoping to get maximum fans at Ford Field. But the move backfired.

The Lions dominated their rivals. It was wild. The Vikes O-line looked clueless about making plays.

In the NFC North division, The Lions handed the Vikes their first loss of the season in week 7, and the last loss of the season. The Vikes O-line totally failed. Just to give you an idea, RB Jahmyr Gibbs scored 4 touchdowns in 23 rushes in 139 rushing yards. But the Vikings’ had no touchdowns for 19 rushes in 120 rushing yards.

They constantly put pressure on the quarterback Sam Darnold, limiting him to 166 passing yards. But they also made forced mistakes with his pass accuracy down to 43.9%, completing only 18 of 41 passes. They need to take their lessons and get ready for the playoff game against the Rams on January 13. It’s crucial.
