The Kansas City Chiefs are having a much-deserved bye week after defeating the Miami Dolphins in Germany. Two of the Chiefs, Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes are making the most out of their free time before they head to the Arrowhead Stadium to take on the Philadelphia Eagles. This may as well be a precursor to the Super Bowl game happening in February next year.

Talking about the bye week, Mahomes decided to do some community service after holding a charity gala for his foundation 15 and the Mahomies. Recently, Brittany Mahomes posted an Instagram story spilling the tea about what the Mahomes family has been up to for the past couple of days. Safe to say they are having a blast at their manor.

Patrick Mahomes’ Bye Week is all about productive family time!

Mahomes is an MVP contestant, both at the field and his home. Even when he is supposed to be relaxing, he is giving his time to his wife and kids, and of course, making the best use of his luxurious golf course. His wife, Brittany Mahomes shared a couple of stories on her IG that encapsulate the Mahomes family’s wholesome moments. He was seen spending time with his kids and helping his wife cook as well.

The day was sunny and Mahomes had a couple of golf balls lying around to practice with. The first story was a boomerang of the Chiefs’ QB putting the golf ball with her daughter Sterling watching him. Coming from a family with a sports background, these activities seem like the perfect opportunity for their daughter to pick up sports at an early age.

Another story shows Mahomes walking around his estate holding his son Bronze. It was indeed a sight to watch his pets take a stroll in the luxury estate surrounded by nature. Mahomes was seen with his golf bag in one hand and his son in the other, walking towards the artificial lake on the gorgeous golf course. Well, the video was taken by none other than Mahomes’ gorgeous wife, Brittany Mahomes, who followed him and captured the wholesome moment.

The fun didn’t stop there. Brittany Mahomes shared a series of other stories that were a feast for her 1.5 million Instagram followers.

Brittany is known for sharing every bit of detail of her family’s happy moments with her fans. The latter stories revealed the chef side of Mahomes, who was captured cooking a mouth-watering meal for the family. From the looks of it, the Mahomes family planned to have a giant meal. As the 2x Super Bowl champ opened a can of food, Sterling was seen distracted with an iPad and Bronze was seen hopping on the dishes. Well, Mahomes was seen watching what he lives and breathes. As he cooked, a previous Buffalo Bills game was playing in the background.

The last couple of stories were a snippet of what transpired in the charity gala. Mahomes and Brittany raised about $615,000 for the youth and announced a multi-year collaboration with the HBCU Legacy Bowl commemorating black culture. It’s great to see that Mahomes gives 100% to his family alongside his professional career, setting a legacy as he dedicates himself to improving the lives of children in the Kansas City community and beyond.

While he does all this, he is also getting the spotlight for being a reigning MVP. Presently, he is the only eighth quarterback to win multiple MVPs. Chiefs’ fans are hopeful, he will grab the title this season as well.
