It’s official! Taylor Swift is TIME magazine’s “Person of the Year”. In the interview that followed her crowning, she revealed never-known-before facts about her starry relationship with Kansas City Chiefs TE Travis Kelce.

So, how did the two celebrities’ relationship start off? It seems that their relationship had already reached an advanced stage before we got to see her attend the Chicago Bears game at Arrowhead Stadium on September 24.

Swift revealed that it all began when Kelce spoke about her on his podcast New Heights. “We started hanging out right after that,” she told TIME magazine. She thought Kelce speaking about her on his show was “mental as hell”. This happened after Kelce had tried to give her his number during one of her concerts. But he had failed in doing so.

Taylor also revealed that by the time she attended his first game, they had already spent a significant amount of time together. She said she was grateful that no one knew about it because even though she’s one of the most popular entertainers of our age, she likes to keep her private life private.
