He revealed this in an interview where he stated, “We stayed with my parents for a while, so I was able to see my parents be grandparents to my son, which is a huge blessing. It’s crazy, you know, driving around. I have so many memories of all these places and it’s cool to be able to come back.”

There is little to no information on Kim’s professional life, however, it is presumed that she is a housewife. On the other side, his father, Michael, is Oaks Christian School’s chief operations officer. But what about Parkinson’s childhood?

Where did the TE grow up and start his career?

It is commonly known that Colby Parkinson was born in Simi Valley, California. The man not only lived there but also went to Oaks Christian School. This school was located in Westlake Village and was well known for its sports administration. During that time, the future NFL star used to play two sports: basketball and football.

He was good at both of them, but in college; he chose to focus on one. In 2015, the man opted to play college football for Stanford. He was exceptional on the field, and with effort and encouragement from his parents, he grew into the man he is now.

When we look at this season, Parkinson has been an incredible force to reckon with. He had 23 catches for 214 yards. All of this while maintaining an average of 9.3 is actually good play on his part. Although Colby Parkinson has yet to score a touchdown this season, everyone understands that his role is far more important for the Rams than a TD.
