During an episode of the Art of Fatherhood podcast, he remarked, “Changing diapers was a challenge at first, but now I’m a pro at it,” given his solid experience with both his daughters, Olivia and Alana.

Speaking of his love for his daughter, he considers them his whole world, mentioning how they’ve “got him wrapped around their little finger.”

He even disclosed that they don’t care about his Hall of Fame status, remarking with a jest, “The jacket could be gold, brown or black. It doesn’t matter. I get, ‘Daddy, feed me. I’m hungry.'” Freeney indeed enjoys the playful challenges of parenting, as he loves being a dad to his two beautiful daughters. For his daughters, he sets aside his football achievements to spend quality time with them, finding solace and rejuvenation in their presence.
