This came after Non Sneed got involved in a violent episode involving L’Jarius Sneed’s mother, Jane’s ex-boyfriend. However, Non’s sentence was later reduced to 17 and a half years. After completing his sentence, Non again disappointed a young L’Jarius, as he moved to Dallas instead of coming home. The Chiefs star had then refused to speak to his father for a year. Now, the father and son are on good terms. Non moved to Kansas City as his son’s personal chef after picking up culinary skills in prison.

When it comes to having a brush with the law, L’Jarius Sneed’s mom, Jane, is no outlier. When L’Jarius was one year old, he fell off a toy bicycle, and his mom rushed him to the hospital, only to get involved in a road rage incident midway. She dangerously hurt two people and was subsequently subjected to 51 months of imprisonment. She got out when L’Jarius was six.
