A young Belichick nosedived into coaching in 1975. But by then, things were already getting serious with Debby. And just two years later, the two finally tied the knot. What about children? Well, the couple has three children. One daughter and two sons named Amanda, Stephen, and Brian.

But the couple didn’t last. And after almost three decades of marriage came a tragic divorce.

Why did Belichick part ways with Debby?

Many sources say that the actual parting happened before the 2004 season. But officially, the divorce was finalized in 2006. The public got to know about it in 2005. Belichick happened to be involved in an extramarital affair. With Sharon Shenocca. She was a divorcee at the time and used to work as the Giants‘ receptionist. And it gets worse, he gave her expensive gifts. Like a 4-bedroom townhouse which cost him $2.2 million.

But Debby isn’t one to sulk and wallow in self-pity. She moved on from the tragic divorce and her business took after that. However, she kept her privacy. Debby recently launched her business, The Art of Tile and Stone. The two’s relationship might have ended. But they run an NGO that raises money for the homeless and needy in Cleveland, Ohio, and Massachusetts.

Bill is currently dating a woman called Linda Holliday. Debby, on the other hand, is leading a pretty good life with her children.
