Lauren Talbert, now engaged to Cor’Dale Flott, is a former standout volleyball player with an impressive athletic and academic background. Born on April 5, 2000, in Hampton, Georgia, she dominated the court in high school and has led Community Christian High School to three state championships and four regional titles. Her performance earned her All-Region and All-State honors, which paved the way for a college volleyball career. 

She played at Presbyterian College from 2018 to 2020 before transferring to the University of Southern Mississippi. There, she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Psychology in 2022. She continued her education at the same university and earned an MBA in 2023.

Outside of sports, Lauren has built a diverse professional portfolio. She has worked as a camp counselor, cashier, and licensed insurance agent across more than thirty states. In November 2023, she took on a role as Program Assistant at The Firm, where she currently works.
