Jess grew up in Ohio, and just like Hubbard, she went on to attend The Ohio State University, graduating with a degree in Strategic Communication and a minor in Spanish. And it is here that she crossed paths with Hubbard. She was quite active at Ohio State, taking part in community service with various societies.

As Sam and Jess met at the Ohio State University, possibly they started dating during the mid-2010s. And, often, Jess supports Hubbard from the sidelines. After dating each other for almost a decade, Hubbard took the ultimate step of proposing to Koehler, as he made their relationship official.

He even shared it with his fans through his IG profile, with snaps from his engagement, against a beautiful background of the Cincinnati skyline. He penned the caption, “I’m a lucky man,” as he was filled with gratitude. The couple got engaged in May, earlier this year.

While they still keep their relationship private, it is not entirely out of the spotlight. In one of the viral TikTok videos, Koehler had accompanied Joe Burrow’s girlfriend, Olivia Holzmacher, as they attended the Bengals game.
