Tyler Conklin is having the time of his life. The last two years have been nothing short of a dream run for Tyler. He first signed a whopping 21-million-dollar deal with the New York Jets on 18th March 2022, followed by a proposal to his then-girlfriend, Scottie Falk. The tight-end wasted no time after proposing and tied the knot within a year on 4-12-23.

Childhood love stories are usually associated with either ‘awe’ or heartbreak. Interestingly, No. 83 had none of that. Conklin and Falk grew up down the street from each other and happened to be at the same kindergarten. But they were not the power couple we now know them to be back then. It wasn’t until July 17th, 2018, that they finally made it official. We have found an exception to the adage, ” The sooner the better.”

Unlike the tight end, Falk doesn’t have a public account and is not known to post many pictures about their love. She is a talented individual in her own right and likes to maintain her privacy. She is somewhere between the age of 24-28. From her interview with Brides magazine, we can deduce that she is someone who knows what she wants. From the 3-D flowered dress to the majestic beach location, she knows what she wants. It seems that Mrs. Conklin also has a love for parties and digressing from the traditional norms. I mean, the way they sealed the wedding vows was anything but traditional. Here is what she said, ” We also did a ‘union shot’ during our ceremony, which is very us. We like to party.

Additionally, the couple adores their role as dog parents. They are proud parents of Luna and Laska, two Siberian huskies. Scottie claimed to have loved cats more before her time with Tyler, but now she can’t stop gushing over her dogs. The TE himself grew up with dogs, hence his love for them.

All in all, Tyler is having a blast in life. He recently went on his honeymoon and he has been performing well for his team. Aside from general enjoyment of life, the couple also believes in giving back to the community. They host training camps for young kids to help them fulfill their dreams. To give them a platform that can help them get clarity in life. Something that he needed more of.

Conklin’s Journey to the NFL

Before entering college, the TE had a knack for basketball. He had it so much so that he got a basketball scholarship from Northwood University. But in his freshman year itself, he realized that the game wasn’t meant for him. Soon, he transferred to Central Michigan University, where he decided to play football. Initially, he couldn’t make it to the team because of his thin build, but gradually he put on 25 pounds and made it to the team.

In 2018, he was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings as the 157th overall pick in the NFL draft. He played there from 2018 through 2021. During his NFL career, he has accumulated 93 receptions, 922 receiving yards, and four touchdowns. He has been a beast ever since coming to the Jets. He has started all 8 games and made 32 receptions for 309 yards, including 3 touchdowns. Slowly but surely, the trajectory of his career is moving upwards.
