With that, the one who hit the list on top is the subject of headlines for rumors over his possible sacking. The answer is the New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick. He is the longest-active tenured NFL coach with 23 years of service. He has been with the team since 2000.

The second one on the list is Mike Tomlin, with a 15-year coaching tenure with the Steelers since 2007. He has helped the team with many historic wins. Then comes Baltimore Ravens‘ HC John Harbaugh, with 14 years of tenure. He has been on a contract with the team since 2008 and helped the team win Super Bowl XLVII in 2013.

Well, we are talking about Pete Carroll, HC of the Seahawks. He is 71 years old with 13 years of tenure with the team. Belichick’s 22-season coaching tenure resulted in nine Super Bowl wins, 290 regular-season victories, and six Vince Lombardi Trophies. Undoubtedly, he is one of the best coaches in NFL history. The Steelers HC is nowhere behind in making the record. He made a record of never having a losing season, 10 playoffs, 154-85-2 regular season record plus eight playoff wins, and also won the Super Bowl in his second season.

The Raven’s HC won SB XLVII in 2013, a 137-88 regular season record, and 11-8 playoffs. Even after delivering multiple wins, he had a bitter experience in 2021, where he had his second losing season with the franchise. Coming to the 71-year-old Carroll, he had 12 seasons with the Seahawks. He won Super Bowl XLVIII and a record of 119-73-1 in the regular season.
