“You’re Such A Badass” – WWE Legend Ric Flair Hypes Baker Mayfield For A Brilliant Run Despite Disappointing Game Sealing Interception

The Buccaneers tanked in their Divisional game. Many had high hopes riding on this team. But they all crashed today. However, the true devotion of a fan is tested during times such as these. And one fan is not giving up on his team and its quarterback no matter what. He had hyped up his team before the game had started. When the clock ran out, the outcome didn’t turn out in his favor.

And no, we’re not talking about some random fan. We’re talking about Ric Flair. That’s right. The 16x World Champion. He lives in Tampa Bay and is a huge supporter. He also expressed a wish in his post that Mayfield should immediately look to fulfill.

Ric Flair continues to root for Mayfield and Co.

He waxed poetic about his team on X. First, he showered praise on Mayfield by saying, “As Of Today, I Have So Much Respect For You And The @Buccaneers”. Taylor may have just met Mayfield once, but he doesn’t want to keep it at that. He bemoaned not having his number, but he said that he had a burning desire. And only Mayfield could make his wish come true. What was the wish? I Would Love To Hang Out With You!” There’s no way the Bucs’ QB is passing up on this opportunity.

No, he didn’t just stop there. “You Played Your Heart Out. You’re Such A Bad**ss!” He said that the Bucs under him managed to reach the playoffs despite their being doubts regarding their abilities.

X being his medium of choice, Ric Flair had posted a message for all Bucs players. The video he shared contained highlights from their journey so far in the season. And then he also crowned it with an expletive-laden caption. It only goes to show what a die-hard fan he is. However, they ended up disappointing him as their Super Bowl dreams fell apart.

They lost to the Lions 31-23. But the game remained really close until the very end. The Lions managed to win because of their 3 touchdowns, all of which came in the second half. Detroit will now make it to the NFC Championship after more than three decades. The Bucs, however, will need to try their luck again next year.
