In this long list of injured quarterbacks, the Indianapolis Colts young QB, Anthony Richardson, stands out as well. This 21-year-old rookie QB had a promising start to the season, but his recent injury could prove to be devastating for him, his team, and all the Colts’ fans.

Anthony Richardson is out for 2023?

According to a report by NFL insider Dov Kleiman, Colts’ QB Anthony Richardson “is probably going to miss the rest of the regular season and could undergo shoulder surgery in the next week or so.” Richardson was the fourth overall pick in this year’s draft.

The 21-year-old QB Anthony Richardson suffered a Grade 3 AC Joint Sprain in his throwing hand (right shoulder) in the second quarter of the game against the Tennessee Titans. The immediate question is whether Richardson will require surgery or if the injury can be managed through rehab.
