Team owner Jim Irsay indicated that surgery appears to be the more probable course of action for Richardson in the next week. Meanwhile, the franchise is taking some careful measures for his injury, as he is considered the long-term QB for the team. The Colts suffered their first defeat in the season since Richardson’s injury, losing 31-21 to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.

This time again they lost to the Jaguars with 37-20 and now hold a record of 3-3 in the season. They will play against the Cleveland Browns in their next game, but now the question arises, if Richardson is not coming back for the season, then who will take his place?
