With just over five minutes remaining on the clock, the Buffalo Bills QB crashed to the ground. In the 14-9 win over the New York Giants, DT Dexter Lawrence took down the $258 million QB. Allen’s shoulder forcefully hit the turf, sending collective gasps through the Bills fanbase. Their concerns worsened when he showed up on the injury report on Monday. While there is some good news regarding Josh Allen, some other concerns might upset the Bills.

Will the injuries prove too costly for the Bills as they prepare to take on the 1-5 New England Patriots? Or will the Bills manage to triumph over the Pats with momentum on their side? The scales seem to be tipping in favor of the Bills with several Patriots nursing injuries amidst an already poor start to the season.

Here’s some good news for Josh Allen fans!

In the final injury report shared by the Bills, Josh Allen fans have something to rejoice. The QB was a limited participant in the Wednesday practice session but made a full return during the next two days. This means that we will see him on the field again and take on Mac Jones of the Patriots. However, he will be playing without his RB, Damien Harris. Harris was taken off the field in an ambulance after injuring his neck on Sunday Night Football. After being hit by the Giants’ LB Bobby Okereke, although conscious, was unable to get up. Now, it seems that he might be gone for some time.

DT Ed Oliver and TE Quintin Morris have also been ruled out of the Sunday game due to toe and ankle injuries respectively. Oliver has recorded four sacks this season and has a team-high nine tackles. The defense will be affected without Oliver lining up on the other side of scrimmage. Morris, who had already been ailing in the Giants match, was targeted for the first time by Allen and managed to score a TD as well. But it looks like it will be some time before we get to see more of him. Well, things don’t look bright for the Patriots either.

With a 1-5 start to the season, the Patriots need every good man they can get, but alas it will not be so. The “shining light” of the team, CB Christian Gonzalez is out for the entire season due to a severe shoulder injury.

After a three-game losing streak, the Patriots will face off against the Bills at Gillette Stadium, Massachusetts on October 22, at 1:00 PM EST. The Bills are just below the Miami Dolphins on the AFC East rankings, while the Pats are languishing at the bottom of their division. There is immense pressure on Bill Belichick’s 71-year-old shoulders to deliver, after a 4-year Super Bowl drought and mediocre seasons. Will the Mac Jones-Belichick duo deliver, or will they record their fourth straight loss of the season?
