Indianapolis Colts started the game against the Baltimore Ravens without their star QB Anthony Richardson. He was declared unfit after their win against the Houston Texans and it seemed that the Colts would miss him as they went down 7-0 in the first quarter. But, backup QB Gardner Minshew had other plans.

The Colts did not start the season as they would’ve wanted to after losing their first game against the Jaguars but came back strong against the Texans. Rookie QB Richardson was instrumental in the win, but with him sitting out this game, fans had little hope. The No. 10 backup QB started slow in the first quarter but found his rhythm in the second quarter.

While the game is paused for half-time, it would benefit the Ravens‘ defense to put together a strategy to counter the pace and accuracy of Minshew. Fans on the other hand would love to witness more of the same in the next two quarters. As we get stocked up with our drinks and nachos for the next half of the game, watching Minshew’s highlights would be a treat in itself.
