The tension between the Denver Broncos and the New York Jets has been simmering for quite some time. While the heat is reaching boiling point, it seems Zach Wilson is again the center of attention. The Broncos and Jets are in desperate need of exceptional gameplay this season. Despite underwhelming gameplay, the Jets hold on to Wilson as their ray of hope.

Moreover, the 24-year-old Aaron Rodgers replacement has an intriguing connection to quarterback Tom Brady.

Comparing a newbie like Wilson with Tom Brady seems entirely wrong. But Brady apparently has a very similar career start. The young NFL player is currently the quarterback for the New York Jets because of Rodgers’ injury.

Aaron got injured during this season’s first game. The quarterback damaged his left Achilles tendon and is undergoing rehab. That’s where Wilson comes in. The quarterback replaced Rodgers and is currently going through an exciting gameplay trajectory. Interestingly, Brady, who was 24 at the time, started his NFL career in 2001 in a similar way. The former New England Patriots star replaced Drew Bledsoe in 2001 after the player he was injured in a game.

What’s more ironic is that Bledsoe got injured in a match against the Jets. Linebacker Mo Lewis knocked Bledsoe down, which resulted in a serious injury. Brady, who was a newbie at the time, decided to pull through. This decision eventually transformed the trajectory of the Patriots, as well as Brady’s career.
