Further, talking about his team’s current situation at 1-5 standing, Payton emphasized focusing on the next game against the Green Bay Packers, reiterating his ask from his players.

During a recent press conference, the Broncos’ Head coach was questioned by one reporter about having developing players on his side. The media person also emphasized on asking about the development of these players and helping them in the correct manner. Sean Payton responded about possessing the technique to shape the young players and extending his mentorship to them.

Along with the correct help, the coach was also quick to address the concern of injuries that come along for the young stars. He rather directly stated, “I think depending on the position, they might be coming off an injury they might be young sometimes there’s going to be some growing pains on the field and that’s part of the deal.”

HC Payton further continued that every player has shaped themselves this way and is doing well in their career, benefitting the side overall. He seemed appealed to the idea of helping the youthful players explore more domains of learning along with extending his pointers to them.

One particular young player under focus has been the running back of the side, Jaleel McLaughlin, who had been an undrafted rookie before entering the Broncos team. Along with the lessons for the young players, Payton further also had suggestions for the upcoming game, bringing his expectations from the team into view.
