All the Kansas City Chiefs fans are now happy as their favorite team’s match day is finally here. The New York Jets will be hosting the Chiefs at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. All the supporters have already arrived at the location and the stadium is echoing with the cheers of the fans.

Injuries on the field of football are not very uncommon. But how each player deals with an injury is definitely something different. Recently, the quarterback Aaron Rodgers suffered from an injury. Yet, the way he’s handling his injury has stunned the NFL community and everyone at MetLife.

Rodgers is taking it like a champ
The thing that everyone was scared of came to life when Rodgers suffered a devastating injury. During the opening matches of September, the QB suffered a ruptured left Achilles tendon. Even though that match was a win for the Chiefs against the Bills, it did leave an impact on the performance of Rodgers.
Google says most people are put in a cast or walking boot for 12 weeks after Achilles surgery.

Joe Pompliano recently tweeted about the Super Bowl champion on his ‘X’ account. Pompliano praised the QB for his quick recovery. He mentioned the fact that Google says that most people are put in a cast or walking boots for at least 12 weeks after the injury that Rodgers suffered. However, Rodgers was already seen walking on-field despite his injury.

When the game was about to start, Melissa Stark of NBC revealed what Rodgers had told her. She revealed that Rodgers is now medically clear to fly as told by his doctor. Moreover, he flew from Los Angeles to attend the Jets vs. the Chiefs.

The player’s injury might have scared everyone regarding his future in the game but the player might come back before this season ends. Rodgers will soon get his stitches removed and will probably be seen back on-field after week seven.
