The two players are very familiar with each other, having played together at LSU. And one NFL analyst has tipped the duo to bring success to the Cincinnati Bengals.

NFL analyst Kim Jones spoke on Good Morning Football. When asked about which rookie has the best teacher this year, Jones gave an interesting answer. She believes that Ja’Marr Chase has a great teacher in Joe Burrow.

Chase and Burrow played together at LSU, where they formed an impressive connection and found great success. And now that they are back together in Cincinnati, they are looking to do the same in the NFL.

“I went (with) Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase. Now they were teammates at LSU. Joe has been in the league, we didn’t get to see a full season obviously because of the ACL. But I can’t wait to see these two back together again.”

Ja’Marr Chase and Joe Burrow- Solid connection since LSU

Jones added that Ja’Marr Chase averaged fantastic numbers during his time as a wide receiver at LSU when Burrow was the quarterback. So there is evidence of their connection, and how well the two can play together on a team.

The hope for the Cincinnati Bengals is that Chase and Burrow can be the light that guides them out of the Top-10 of the draft each year and into the Playoffs. But they have a lot of work ahead of them.
