If there’s one thing Michael Irvin has always strived to be, it’s becoming the man his father, Walter Irvin, was. The same Walter Irvin who worked 10-hour shifts every single day to support his 16 children and wife. The same Walter Irvin, who Michael has time and again described as “my hero”. Having lost his father at the young age of 17 to cancer, it seemed like Michael’s personal mission was to fulfill all his wishes. And that started with being the same kind of dad to his own children, too…

The former Dallas Cowboys‘ wide receiver has never shied away from being present for his children, and showering them with love whenever possible. In fact, he did the same on February 23, on the occasion of his eldest daughter, Myesha’s birthday, that even prompted his former teammate to join the celebrations.

“Happy Birthday to my little girl @myesha_beyonca 🙏🏿🙏🏿❤️❤️ I thank God for blessing ME with YOU 🙏🏿🙏🏿❤️❤️,” he wrote in the post for his fashionista daughter, that showed the duo having a posing for pictures. And as Michael Irvin sent his heartfelt wishes, another Cowboys legend also stepped in, adding to the celebration.

Soon after the proud NFL dad dropped the special post, former Cowboys quarterback, Troy Aikman, who shares 3 Super Bowl rings with the WR added spark to Myesha’s special 35 milestone with his heartfelt birthday wishes. Taking to the comment section of Michael’s post, the retired QB wrote, “Happy Birthday Myesha”, adding red heart emojis.

Turning 34 in style, even the birthdsay girl dropped a birthday look that blended Texas charm with high-fashion flair. A shimmered halter top, golden drape accents, sleek black pants, and the ultimate finishing touch—a black cowboy hat that screamed confidence. Well, the internet sure took notice.

Notably, this was not the first time when Irvin’s love for his daughter went viral. The father-daughter duo’s strong bond and affection have captivated NFL fans many times before. Around 10 years ago, on June 19, 2015, Myesha, a Texas Southern University alum even addressed herself as a “daddy’s girl.”

Her dad also depicted her as the “greatest blessing,” in one of his previous birthday post messages on Twitter. Back on Feb 24, 2017, his touching birthday message also caught the attention of fans. “Happy Birthday to my HEART & SOUL @Myesha_Beyonca  this day 27 years ago God gave me YOU. My 1st greatest blessing❤🙏🏾”, the former Cowboys WR mentioned in his post.

Additionally, in one of the Father’s Day posts on Jun 22, 2018, the father of four kids also revealed that his eldest daughter “takes great care of her Dad every day.”
