Gisele Bundchen knows what she wants 2024 to look like. She wants to spend her time where it matters the most. After a high profile divorce with Tom Brady, the model wants to relish family time. Family is an integral part of life for most Brazilians and it’s the same for Bundchen!

Bundchen shared a series of pictures on Instagram and wrote, “Reconnecting with the essential ❤️ sending love and wishing a happy and blessed 2024 to all!” The pictures included snaps of those who are close to her heart. She seems to be on a spiritual path that paints her in a different light than ever before. In a previous interview, she spoke about how being a single mother, she wants to focus all her energy on being the best parent to her two children.

While her marriage didn’t end up the way Bundchen had imagined, she is grateful for her family and children. Her kids, Benjamin and Vivian, were born via water birth at home in Boston in 2009 and 2012, respectively. She breastfed her children until they were two-years-old, would take them to school and pack their lunches. These are the memories that fuel her.

In fact, her son Benjamin, turned 14-years-old in December. Bundchen took to Instagram to wish him and she also shared how he was as tall as her! Not just that, Benjamin is following his father’s footsteps and plays football. The young boy admires Rob Gronkowski.

Gathering from some of her recent social media posts, it seems she is spending more time around her family, busy traveling the world and gathering new experiences. It looks like Bundchen is taking time to rejuvenate herself after a tough 2022 and 2023, where her divorce with Brady was much talked about.

How did Bundchen and Tom Brady meet?

The model had scaled back her career in favor of Tom Brady’s NFL career. At that time, she was one of the highest-paid model in the world. In fact, she stopped walking the runway in 2015 and moved to Tampa with Brady a few years later.

Since she had been working since the age of 13, she knew she wanted to take a step back and devote her time towards her children and husband. But how did the famous ex-couple, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen meet? Well, in December 2006, they were set up on a blind date by Ed Razek, who was their mutual friend. And a month later, they were officially dating, which led to 13 years of marriage.

Bundchen dreamed of raising her children in Costa Rica. After all, she has a village of family and friends there. Reminiscing her memories of the place, she once shared with ‘Vanity Fair’ how they would make gluten-free pizzas on Friday nights, play pickleball with Benjamin and rides horses. “I want to do things that I believe are an extension of me,” she said.
