Bill Belichick, the coach for the New England Patriots, is under heavy fire for the way his team has performed this season. The 71-year-old veteran coach has rightly been termed one of the best in the NFL. However, after Brady’s exit from the team, it doesn’t look like Belichick will be winning another Super Bowl ring anytime soon.

The New England Patriots peaked when Tom Brady was still a part of the team. Belichick helped Brady win six Super Bowl championships, but after this season, the fans are wondering if it’s been the other way around. Belichick hasn’t had the best records during his time without Brady, and as such, doubts about his coaching capabilities have been much talked about for the past three days.

On the latest episode of the Jason Whitlock show, Warren Sapp shared his honest opinion on the credibility of Bill Belichick, which is being questioned these days. He talked about how the Patriots are having a terrible season this year and whether Belichick wants to retire anytime soon or not.

Sapp brutally said, “Bill wants out. I saw him last week in Germany. I say he want to go get him a big October fest and stay right there. He don’t even want to go back anymore.” Moreover, he referred to the management team of the Patriots when he named Bill O’Brien, Romeo Canel, and Josh McDaniels. It’s apparent that the NFL community isn’t too happy with how Belichick has been coaching lately and, thus, questions whether it’s time for the legendary coach to exit or not.

They have lost all three of their past games and have only five more matches to go. In the match against the New Orleans Saints, they witnessed one of their worst losses ever when the score came to a halt at a staggering 34-0. All these signs indicate that maybe it’s time for the veteran coach to hang up his cape and enjoy the finer things in life rather than chase another Super Bowl ring without Brady, which is a lost cause.
