ABC News and Robin Roberts invited supermodel Gisele Bundchen for an interview. In the video, uploaded on YouTube on March 9th, the ex-wife of Tom Brady spoke about her life post-divorce with Brady. During a segment in the interview, she got emotional while talking about her motherhood.

She seems elated as she says, “I got to experience how it is to feel to be a mom before I was even, you know, to be a bonus mom. So, I got to experience how my heart could feel that love and just expanding ways.”

Bundchen and Brady share three children; John Edward Thomas ‘Jack’ Moynahan from ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, Benjamin Rein, and Vivian Lake. While Bundchen gave birth to her first child, Benjamin, in 2009, she was already helping parent Brady’s oldest child, Jack. However, she has said on record that she treats Jack as her own. Hence, she states that she experienced being a mom before she had her two children and she referred to parenting Jack as a bonus mom.
