Recently shared a hilarious insight into his personal life on the Centered On Buffalo Podcast. During the conversation, Kelce͏ revealed how he maintains his routine and physique with his wife Kylie being a strict supervisor!

In the candid discussion with Eric Wood, Kelce joked about how his wife prefers him to maintain a certain physique. “I was working out, and Kylie was like, ‘If you get a six-pack, I will be furious’,” Kelce laughed. It’s clear that Kylie isn’t a fan of a slimmer version of her husband, and Kelce, knowing this, said, “Well, I guess that’s not happening!” He humorously acknowledged that any aspirations of a chiseled body were put on hold, thanks to his wife’s strong preference.

This isn’t the first time Kylie has expressed her concerns about his weight. Earlier on, she had already voiced her opinion about him getting “too skinny.” According to Kelce, his workout routine helps him feel good and stay productive at home. “When I’ve worked out, I am in a great mood. I interact well with my kids, and I just am a better person,” Kelce shared.

Now,ertired from the NFL, the ex-Eagles player maintains a regular fitness regime, exercising three times a week as per Kylie’s “new house rule.” He added, “Otherwise, she doesn’t want to deal with me.” The former Eagle also mentioned that he had lost around 20 pounds since retirement, feeling the benefits already, but another 20 might be off the table to keep his wife happy!

The 36-year-old, after so many years of marriage, still fails to understand some codes of his wife. Previously also, Kelce forgot a film which he reviewed with Kylie. Mrs. Kelce wasn’t pleased as usual, leading to some humorous comments.

Kylie Kelce once called her husband, Jason Kelce, an “idiot” during a hilarious conversation. The moment happened on the debut episode of the New Heights Film Club, a bonus segment of the New Heights podcast co-hosted by Jason and his brother, Travis Kelce. While reviewing the 2005 film Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, the ex-center admitted he didn’t quite grasp the deeper meaning behind the movie’s iconic pair of jeans.

Jason initially remarked, “The pants didn’t have much to do with the plot,” sparking a playful disagreement between the Kelce brothers. Travis jumped in, defending the film by saying, “They were tied into the adventures of everyone.”

It wasn’t just Travis who thought Jason missed the point—his wife, Kylie, also chimed in. “Kylie said, ‘You idiot, it’s a symbol that their friends are always with them’,” Jason remembered laughingly. Kylie’s comment highlighted that the pants represented the strong bond between the characters, something Jason had apparently overlooked.

Jason jokingly remarked that he would have appreciated the pants more if they had some sort of “magical abilities,” saying, “When they didn’t and they were just a pair of jeggings that fit everyone’s shape,” it just didn’t make sense for the former center. However, Jason admitted the movie grew on him, saying it was a compelling coming-of-age story that managed to hold his attention.
