But the 16x World Champion wrestler took it all the way further at the 2024 Oscars ceremony, which took a surprising turn. Jimmy Kimmel, the host of this year’s Oscars event, introduced the popular icon on stage to present the Best Costume Award. Ironically, he had no costume on. 

This incident stole headlines and broke social media as John Cena’s bold humor made a statement among fans. However, not everyone is amused with the stunt the wrestler/actor pulled. Among those making a sour face is former Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown, who expressed disgust over the scene.

Antonio Brown just dissed John Cena’s near-naked appearance at the 2024 Oscars. The controversial kingpin publicized his disapproval by posting his opinions on X. The former NFL player wrote, “Was the fame and the fortune worth it John #CTESPN.”

In a funny episode at the 2024 Oscars, John Cena was supposed to recreate a naked scene 50 years ago when a streaker ran across the stage with nothing on at the 46th Academy Awards. But the WWE superstar isn’t going to recreate the exact same scene as he shuffled onto the stage with nothing but holding a piece of cardboard to cover his private part. Is Brown’s statement justifiable? Nevertheless, it’s no secret that Brown likes to take a jab at celebrities.

Antonio Brown blows the internet with an AI image of Taylor Swift 

Just recently, Brown incited the fury of the Swifties by posting an AI-generated picture of him and Taylor Swift. In the photo, he was clad in a Steelers uniform, while the popstar mogul wore a cheerleader costume. The two were locked in a steamy kiss while being cheered on by a crowd of Asian fans.
