Payton said, “It’s hard to create [explosive plays] if you don’t have it.” Reflecting on Stroud’s journey, Payton noted, “His career at Ohio State, he’s won, was successful.”

Even though the quarterback seems to have perfect stats, Shannon Sharpe is skeptical of him winning MVP.
