First Female NFL Coach Disclosed the 1 Integral Person Who Pushed Tom Brady to Invest in WNBA, Predicts “More to Come” in the Future

The NFL GOAT since his retirement has gone on to invest in different businesses. One thing that has stood out in all these investments has been Tom Brady’s unwavering love for sport. It’s the legacy that the greatest ever NFL QB is leaving behind that makes him invest in this direction.

Earlier this year, Brady was involved in investing in the WNBA, a move that grabbed media headlines for being a flag-bearer for women’s empowerment and taking the sports forward. Citing it a historic move, the first female NFL coach appreciated the former Patriots’ efforts. She further highlighted the major reason for the investment and interest in the women’s basketball arena. Someone really close to Brady pushed the NFL player to seek the investment opportunity with “more to come” in the future!

The 7X SB champion is a father to a daughter. He is a father to Vivian, from his now-defunct marriage with Gisele Bündchen. When Brady made headlines for acquiring a partial stake in the WNBA Las Vegas Aces, the move was appreciated by all. However, it was Dr. Jen Welter- the first woman to coach an NFL team who expressed the sentiments behind the same. She said. “He has a daughter. If we could all live in empathy, we would have a much better world. But, when you start to look at the world through the lens of someone who means everything to you, everything changes.”

Welter, the current coaching staff employed with the Vegas Vipers of the XFL. Also, shedding light on the primary reasons that brought about the historic move. Explaining further the special bond between Brady and Vivian. She further said- “There are very few girl dads who don’t look at the world and want the best for their daughters, just like they do their sons. Cheers to Tom Brady. I love the investment, and I think he’ll do more of it.” Welter is thoroughly impressed with the 5X SB MVP to carry out the investment and reckons it’s just the start of many such moves! Moreover, the NFL future HOF too chipped in with the reasons that made him go for the Aces stake.
