Tom Brady, the NFL legend, delivers an inspirational message to the South African rugby team. The 46-year-old former QB for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has been in the news ever since he retired in February. Brady retired from the NFL after 23 glorious seasons and doesn’t seem to have any plans to make a return.

Though he’s far away from playing or coaching in the sport, he’s sure observant and keeps up with the NFL. Brady has also been known to be quite the mentor when it comes to providing motivational messages to players like Shedeur Sanders, Patrick Mahomes, etc. In his newest video, he can be seen doing what he does best, inspire athletes to play better.

Springboks, the South African national rugby union team, will play against the France national team in the quarter-final of the Rugby World Cup. Surprisingly enough, the 7-time Super Bowl winner Brady has shown his support for the team on several occasions. He wished them luck previously in the 2019 Rugby World Cup when he released a video saying, “Springboks, good luck to you in Japan. Kick some butt. Go Bokke!

There’s no doubt about the fact that Brady has been an avid supporter of the South African team for some time now but his newest video just goes to show how much he cares for their success. He said, “Leave nothing on the field. Give it your all for your families, your teammates, and for South Africa. Greatness is not achieved by the timid. It’s earned by those who dare to dream.”  The South African team will be riding a lot on their match this coming Sunday as they get closer to taking home the trophy.
