In a heartening video, the 5X Pro Bowler co-joined his girlfriend in a rare athletic feat. It was a sight to behold as the big-muscled former NFL player participated in the noble cause. Though things got a bit “icy” Rob maintained his cool and delivered what he promised. Coming from a humble background and understanding the importance of money was the driving force behind the rare athletic feat.

On a cold fall morning in America, temperatures shot down, and Rob with his partner took a rather icy plunge. Appearing as guests on “Good Morning America” and raising money for charity, the couple raised $2,000 dollars as they both separately went in for the icy cold plunge. Gronk also raised money for his own charity. Speaking about the same, he said. “I am raising awareness for the Gronk Nation Youth Foundation, which my family started about six or seven years ago. We love raising money for kids so they have the opportunity to succeed like I did growing up,”

It was wonderful to see the wholesome participation from the former NFL player. His current girlfriend Camille Gostek too opted for the charity for her choice. She sided with The Peter Frates Family ALS Foundation and expressed her reasons for coming early. Costek is known for raising funds for ALS previously to make a difference. The foundation opted by Kostek even brought in the popular Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS awareness. The cold plunge was also instrumental in developing a close bond between Rob and his GF.

Rob was amongst the best NFL players of his time. Dominating the offenses for almost two decades and winning nearly all the titles! His partner Camille Gostek is a professional swimsuit model and is surrounded by media attention. Moreover, she needs to stay fit for her line of profession. The duo who love competing against each other enjoyed the icy cold plunge.

As per the model, the two started dating since they enjoyed having a competitive banter going on. She advocated the same on GMA. “I’m not really shocked by this. I think what brought Gronk and I together was our love of competition.” It was great to see that the duo participated with all their might in the challenging feat.

The money raised by Rob sheds light on his gratefulness. He still considers himself lucky that someone way back raised money for him and he’s able to achieve all the NFL glory due to that decision. Joining forces with his GF, the ever-smiling former tight-end not only raised funds but also gave major couple goals.
