Former TE Shannon Sharpe is a legend not only on the field but also in his expenses, especially for dogs. He even regards his dogs as the most expensive things he has. But the cute little Pomeranian is stealing all the spotlight lately. This time, it rendered Chad “Ocho” Johnson speechless.

Chad Johnson and Shannon Sharpe provide quality entertainment on their Nightcap with Unc and Ocho. After retiring, Shannon Sharpe earned himself a prosperous career on TV and has a reported net worth of $14. Unc and Ocho just made another hilarious engagement on their Nightcap. Shannon Sharpe found himself explaining how he got his Pomeranian and how much he had to pay for it. A recent Twitter post reads, “Ochocinco couldn’t believe Unc Shannon Sharpe paid $10,000 dollars for a Pomeranian.”

Shannon Sharpe explained how he got Teddy Bear from overseas from a lady for $10,000. Ocho was dumbfounded as he told his Hall of Famer partner that he could have gotten one from $300 in the city. The average price of a Pomeranian can range from $1000 to $2000. But Sharpe has his justification, saying he did it “because the dog was beautiful, and I wanted one that looked like this.” The funny thing about this particular pet is that Shannon Sharpe found himself in an unwanted paparazzi situation when he was buying the dog earlier this year in February.

On February 1, a reporter took video footage of Sharpe receiving a dog from a blonde woman. He showed his disdain to the reporter and tweeted about the incident. The tweet read, “F–k wrong with dude just recording Unc Shannon Sharpe like that? SOME PPL have become really weird looking for paydays.” But this is not the first time Unc has spent money so heavily on dogs. He has three dogs now – Tazz, Tarzan and Tonka – and all of them are spoiled by him!

Shannon Sharpe had stated on Bleacher Report that he has “three expensive things.” He said, “My dogs… Because they cost a lot because I had to pay for a lady to go fly to Madrid, to Moscow. From Moscow, back to Madrid, Madrid to LA.” He also said that he had to pay a large sum to get his dog to the hospital, who’s been at the vet for six days, costing him three grand daily.

The former NFL star views dogs as part of the family and would rather spend on them than on expensive watches and accessories. As Chad Johnson questions Sharpe’s financial management, he dismisses Ocho by bringing Teddy on camera, saying that he is “the one thing that my financial people never question me about.

Even for a dog lover, $10,000 is a tad too high a price to pay for a Pomeranian. But Shannon Sharpe has his reasons. So, maybe it’s Ocho who needs to throw his surprise in the back seat and roll with this rich dad of three dogs.
