The Gronk seems to keep winning hearts off the field even after 2 years of his retirement. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE was a force to be reckoned with during his prime and continues to be a man of the people. In 2022, Gronkowski announced his retirement a week after Tom Brady hung up his cleats. Now Gronk is putting on his athletic shoes again, but they won’t be to pick up a football but rather a pickleball racket.

On his Instagram story, Gronkowski announced the details of the newest event that he is hosting. Titled, ‘Play Pickleball with Gronk’, it will give the fans a chance to play with one of the best TEs of the NFL and ensure that the money goes towards a good cause.

The story also mentioned that the money raised from the event will directly toward the Gronk Nation Youth Foundation, the Jimmy Fund and Dana Farber Cancer Institute. The Gronk Nation Youth Foundation was started by the efforts of the five Gronkowski men and their mission reads, “is dedicated to inspiring youth to reach their maximum potential through sports, education, community and fitness. Our mission is to help kids stay actively involved in school and sports and provide them with the tools needed to help them follow their dreams and live a happy and more successful life.”

With all that said, the fans continue to miss the dynamic duo of Gronk-Brady. But while both men won’t be wearing their Bucs jerseys anytime soon, here’s a look at what he had to say about him reuniting with Brady at Fox Sports since both athletes have signed a deal to join the network as analysts.

Gronkowski talks about teaming up with Brady in the booth soon

Tom Brady recently wowed the fans when they got to know the terms of his contract with Fox Sports. As per reports, Fox is showering Brady with riches by giving him a contract that will pay him a total of $375 million over the span of 10 years. We will see the 7-time Super Bowl winner be a part of all the big games on Fox Network, including the Super Bowl 2025 game. He will be the lead analyst for Fox’s broadcasting team but held off on the deal for a year to spend time with his family.

As soon as Brady ends up coming back, he will be teaming up with longtime teammate Rob Gronkowski in the booth. He also seemed open to the idea of working with Brady in tandem, replicating ESPN’s Manningcast in some way or the other. In response to this, Gronk said, “That’s definitely a possibility for sure, being with Tom for so long and now we’re going to be at Fox together. There really hasn’t been any plans or anything or any talks about it, but that definitely could be a possibility. We could banter back and forth in some way, somehow, maybe do a couple promos together or whatever it is. That will be down the road. Time will have to tell with that.
