This offseason, FOX signed the biggest deal in broadcasting history by signing Tom Brady. The 10-year $375 million deal shook up the football world. The fans went crazy, but even the people at FOX were also celebrating. Terry Bradshaw welcomed the TB12 with open arms. He revealed the story on the December 13 episode of Dudes on Dudes with Gronk and Jules podcast. He told Julian Edelman, “What makes it so fun you know working with Terry though being on the set and now that Tom is with FOX as well is that I get to joke who my favorite TB12 is. And it’s whoever is treating me nicer at the time.” He continued describing this funny dilemma, saying, “So Tom comes in your know I’m asking him a question if he gives me props. I look at Terry and I’m like Terry. Tom’s my favorite TB12 right now and then Terry gets all mad and upset.” But does that start a fight? No, it makes the conversation even more interesting.

According to the TE, Terry Bradshaw then tries to win him back as he continued, “Then he (Bradshaw) goes, but Gronk, I love you. And you’re doing this great. And I look backup at Tom, and I’m like Hey the original TB12 is my favorite TB12 Tom. I am sorry.” That’s a very sweet tale. Edelman couldn’t control his laughter while listening to his banter.
Gronk then shared his feelings about working with the Patriots and Steelers legends and added, “It just makes a lot of fun And that’s why it’s so fun working at the FOX too with just the teammates that we have is unbelievable.” That’s right. When you have the greats of two eras, it gets bigger.
Not only both of them were the most successful players of their times, they were charismatic too. But the question of the original TB12 still remains.
