Former legendary quarterback, Tom Brady won the hearts of his Birmingham Football Club by gifting each player of Birmingham FC a personalized gift. This unexpected gesture of kindness in collaboration with other board members has left the players surprised and delighted.

The Birmingham City FC captured their players off-guard and shared the exciting news on their Instagram page. The caption goes so, Beats by Birmingham! @tombrady and the Board of Directors gifted all the players a personalised set of @beatsbydre. 🎧 #BCFC.

In the Instagram post shared by ‘bcfc‘ official handle, all the players can be seen opening and enjoying their presents. But the funniest part of the video is Ethan Laird trying to rip apart the packaging and failing – a moment that was repeatedly praised by the fans in the comments.

Brady shares a long relationship with the headphone brand and was even featured in the 2018 Beats by Dre commercial titled, “Above the Noise”. The ad was released ahead of the AFC Championship and showcased Brady using Beats headphones to stay focused and turn down the negativity.

The tagline of the commercial went as, “Cause all I hear is, ‘it’s payback time.’” Hence, the Birmingham City FC players donning the Beats headphones, along with experiencing an elevated audio journey will symbolize the resilience and focus shared by athletes.

Since the legend joined the Birmingham City FC as a minority shareholder there has been unrest in the coaching staff. The club got rid of popular coach John Eustace and now it is the time of Wayne Rooney who accused Brady and the other directors of failing to keep promises.

Rooney revealing harsh truths 

Back in 2023, the Birmingham City FC hired former Manchester United star, Wayne Rooney as their head coach. However, soon things turned sour between Rooney and the owners of the team, including Brady. In the latest interview on ‘The Overlap’ the former HC pointed fingers at Brady and other board members exposing them for not keeping their word.

As per the claims, Rooney was barred from bringing in reinforcements, there has been a misalignment between expectations and actions. He spilled more facts about how back in January when the club had been in dire need of players, the owners refused to cooperate which in turn left him questioning the managerial capabilities of the club. However, the last nail in the coffin was the board members’ decision to sack the manager.

However, Tom Brady along with the other stakeholders has bounced back as evidenced by the recent wins of the Birmingham City FC squad. The BCFC squad will be facing Ipswich Town later today in a championship game.
