Coping and Winning under stressful environments: Tom Brady’s strategy

Tom Brady, the NFL heculean giant and legend recently appeared on the Stephen A. Smith talk show. He was endowed with some great questions upfront from the panelist. One of the questions he was asked was about how the retired athlete was still keeping in shape. To which the former QB gave a detailed answer. He said- “I think with football there’s a lot of stress you know you’ve different things that kind of come on. And you’re dealing with plain food and restaurant food.”

The 7X SB rings winner pointed out that the major stress about being a pro athlete was concerning food. He also released his diet book ‘The TB12 Method’ which includes vegan foods for meeting an athlete’s dietary needs.

“You probably let yourself slip a little bit. Now that I don’t have probably the daily stress that I had with football because it’s such an intensity”, concluded Brady as he detailed the process of getting back into shape. His diet seems to be working as he looks chiseled after retirement.

What does Tom Brady eat to increase his muscle mass post-retirement?

If the Yatch pictures last month were any proof, Tom Brady seems to be aging in reverse! His toned physique post-retirement charmed his fans. Now, the former NFL player has broken down his diet that keeps him toned and fresh. He still avoids white sugar, dairy, white flour, iodized salt, and caffeine.
