From one Tom to the other, today’s a special day for Brady’s recent business partner turned friend. The former QB for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers set his sights on an entrepreneurial world after a glorious 23-year career and by the looks of it, he’s making new friends, different from the mean tough football players that he’s usually accustomed to.
Tom Brady, the NFL legend, has been busy ever since he retired from the sport in February 2024. While shifting his dynamic from the NFL and choosing to invest in a soccer club, Brady has also invested in teams like the Las Vegas Raiders, the Las Vegas Aces of the WNBA, and the Las Vegas Night Owls, a Major League Pickleball club. With Birmingham City F.C., he joined the team as a Chairman of the New Advisory Board and seemingly, is on good terms with Tom Wagner, who happens to be another Chairman of the team, and today, the duo will celebrate his massive milestone today.

Brady posted an Instagram story for Wagner which saw him celebrating the win of their football club. He captioned it, “Happy Birthday! @tomwagnerofficial #KRO” The ‘KRO’ abbreviation stands for ‘Keep Right On’, which is the renowned anthem for Birmingham City fans and is now their unofficial motto. Thus as the owner celebrates his birthday today, he will be sure to wish for his team’s grand success when he blows out the candles. With that being said, here’s a look at what Brady had to say about the wisdom he had to offer the players of Birmingham City FC and the role he wants to play with the team.

Tom Brady’s message to the players of Birmingham
Being a team owner rather than a player himself is something that will be a new responsibility on the shoulders of Tom Brady. He’s usually accustomed to playing the leader himself as he did so during his time with the New England Patriots where he was the pivotal force in bringing in 6 Super Bowl trophies. Now, he will have to rely on other players to ensure the success of his team, which is something that Brady seems to be excited about.
When asked about what he expects from the team as the new season begins, this is what Brady had to say. The NFL GOAT said, “It’s a long journey for all of us and they’re at the start of their season. I’ve been a part of those long Journeys before, they’re very challenging. You’re faced with a lot of adversities over a long period of time so I think for me and just getting to meet the players and to to see the coach in action, was great for me and again I continue to hopefully play a great role in the future of this club.” Thus, Brady is set to implement his winning mentality in the waters of soccer and hopefully, he can have half the success that he did in the NFL, and by the looks of it, he is ready to win it all.
