Amidst other NFL rookies like Caleb Williams and J.J. McCarthy, Tom Brady seems to be particularly interested in one of the attendees at the event – Drake Maye. And why wouldn’t he? After all, he’s about to lift the stats and status and become the new face of his former team after being picked as the third overall by the Patriots in the 2024 NFL Draft. At least that’s what everyone is expecting of Maye and the picture he posted only triggered the expectation and even drew in some comparisons from fans.

The pair looked fresh and happy in their light sweaters and dark pants. The 7X SB champion captioned the story, “Just two guys having brunch.. Calm down everyone.” But fans think otherwise as one posted, “Gotta love b-ball! Tom Brady meets Patriots rookie, Drake Maye, and shares advice with him and other members of the 2024 class: The torch has officially been passed.”

It witnessed the presence of several NFL rookies as the NFL GOAT discussed life and football with the young stars. Rubin wrote on his IG, “This was such an incredible opportunity for these rooks before they take their first snap… Can’t wait to watch you all crush it on and off the field!” However, it is that one photo of Tom Brady with Drake Maye that stole the attention of X users.

When fans saw Tom Brady and Drake Maye together, one couldn’t help but point out the similarity in their looks, stating, “They look alike.”

Brady won six Super Bowls for the Patriots which is a tough record to beat. But hopefully, Maye will walk in the success path of the NFL GOAT.
