Paired with her Lakers sweatshirt was a pair of black cargo pants, accessorized by stacking multiple gold choker necklaces and a special edition of Nike Kobe 4 Protro ‘Mambacita’ sneakers. In a later post, she placed both her sweatshirt and sneakers close together and highlighted the name Gianna, Kobe Bryant‘s daughter. ?

Millions pay homage on Mamba Day?

Kobe Bryant along with his daughter and nine others passed away in a tragic helicopter crash during a pre-game ceremony on the 31st of January. Kobe Bryant Day, also referred to as Mamba Day is celebrated on August 24 commemorating the life and contributions of legendary basketball player Kobe Bryant.?

Mamba Day is observed by millions including numerous celebrities and brands. This year Nike introduced the first snear in the Bryant?s line since his death, named the Nike Kobe 8 Protro “Halo” sneakers on what would have been his 45th birthday.

Lakers, the NBA team Kobe was associated with for twenty years of his career, announced that on the 8th of February coming year, a statue of the NBA Hall-of-Famer will be unveiled outside the Crypto.com Arena, where he spent most of his time practicing.?

In a video curated by Lakesrs, featuring Kobe?s widow, Vanessa Bryant, the plans for erecting the statue were disclosed. Venessa said, “I am so honored, that right in the center of Los Angeles, in front of the place known as “The House that Kobe Built”, we are going to unveil a statue so that his legacy can be celebrated forever.?
