“Not one time when I saw Trevor Lawrence throw the football I thought I was watching Steph Curry throw the basketball. Is his ball any more beautiful coming out of his hands than it was (from) Marino, Warren Moon, or Aaron Rodgers?
“Can he throw the ball as far as John Elway, Patrick Mahomes, or Josh Allen? Because what Steph Curry is doing, we’ve never seen before.”

Trevor Lawrence not on the level of Stephen Curry
Sharpe added that Curry is a transcendent player who changed the way basketball is played. And so far Lawrence hasn’t shown anything that makes someone believe that he can do that.
Sharpe also noted that the only way Lawrence could change the game as Curry did, would be if he ever a combination of some of the greatest quarterbacks of all time like Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers.
