Deion Sanders, the coach for the Colorado Buffaloes, is the light and life of the team at Boulder. Even though they ended last year’s season with a disappointing 4-8 record, he continues to be a pillar for the squad with complete confidence in the players’ talents. It looks like the Buffaloes are missing one piece of the puzzle as Deion’s recent words raise eyebrows. The Colorado Buffaloes have been recruiting players left and right but also faced a coaching staff dilemma until the offseason. Since last year, the Buffs lost a few coaches from the squad. OC Sean Lewis, DC Charles Kelly, DE coach, Nick Williams, Bill O’Boyle, and TE coach Tim Brewster are the coaches who left the Buffs to take up positions elsewhere.
Coach Prime: "Had two really, really, really good practices. I'm excited about this staff. You guys just got to talk to the coordinators, right? It's tremendous their relatability to the team. This staff to me is phenomenal from top to bottom. We still have maybe one more piece."

But now, in a recent statement, Deion expressed his enthusiasm for the current coaching staff and said, “Had two really, really, really good practices. I’m excited about this staff. You guys just got to talk to the coordinators, right? It’s tremendous their relatability to the team. This staff, to me, is phenomenal from top to bottom. We still have maybe one more piece.”

Even with his gratification, it is evident that there’s one more step left in Coach Prime’s master plan and it’ll be interesting to see how things pan out for the team that is looking to redeem themselves after last season. Deion Sanders’ motivational message to his players sends goosebumps all over
The Spring Ball is drawing near and the Buffs are being subjected to training harder than ever. The team must prove the critics wrong who had nothing but insults to spew at Coach Prime’s squad. Seeing as this is Shedeur and Shilo’s final season with the Buffs, Deion will want to be extra enforcing on the team in the hopes of securing a natty win to try and commemorate his victory with his sons on the same stage.

Coach Prime questioned his players whether they had enough time to achieve their dreams and gave a speech. He said, “Can you afford what your dreams cost? The life you desire? The things and position you see yourself obtaining. What does it cost? Family? Some friends? Folks? Some fun? It’s probably gonna be the ransom for your dream. You have no credit, period when it comes to these things. So time is needed on delivery. Do you have time?” Thus, this season is going to be of utmost importance to the Sanders men as well as the rest of the team as they try to go all the way.
