Terrion Arnold, the cornerback for the Alabama Crimson Tide, is ranked as the number 1 cornerback this year. He’s one of Alabama’s most improved players from his freshman year in 2022. In 2023, he recorded five interceptions and ultimately, tied for the top spot in the SEC. Now it’s time to bear the fruits of his labor, and Arnold is doing just that in his expensive bright pink suit.

As per Touchdown Alabama’s tweet on 26th April, Terrion Arnold has arrived in a pink suit to the NFL Draft, taking a leaf out of Caitlin Clark’s book, from the time when she arrived in a similar colored suit to the WNBA Draft. The LANK acronym embedded in the suit, which stands for ‘Let All Naysayers Know,’ is a famous Alabama motto that all players stand by. It looks like Arnold took it to heart quite literally as the LANK letters were spotted in red within the pink suit.

The suit which is known to be designed by Dak Prescott’s tailor, Tom Marchitelli, is worth over a staggering $813,000. The number 1 Draft WR prospect, Marvin Harrison Jr., is also sporting an all-black suit designed by the same tailor himself. Now that the Alabama prodigy is ready to take on the NFL, he will have the LANK motto close to his chest, as can be seen on his suit. With all that said, here’s what Saban had to say about one of his prized jewels in Alabama while comparing him to the team’s other cornerback, Kool-Aid.

Nick Saban weighs in on Terrion Arnold’s talent
Under Saban, Arnold became a part of the only class that never won a national championship after a decade-long run of dominance in the NCAA. Arnold is predicted to be an early-round pick in the 2024 Draft and since Saban made his debut on the ESPN College GameDay set on 25th April, he had a few thoughts on Arnold’s skills and compared him to the Ga’Quincy “Kool-Aid” McKinstry.

Nick Saban said Kool-Aid McKinstry is a bit more experienced of a player than Terrion Arnold, but that’s the only real difference between the two Alabama corners.
Had great things to say about Arnold’s improvement since coming to Alabama.

Saban said, “I think Tyrion Arnold, if you watched him play last year, struggled a little bit. So you’ve got to give him a lot of credit for the hard work he did to improve and become a really good player this year. Kool-Aid is a more naturally instinctive guy. He’s played more football, but Terrion has great measurables, (a) really good cover guy, (has) got good ball skills, tackles tough.“
