Deion Sanders recently appeared in an interview on MILLION DOLLAZ WORTH OF GAME and made a bold admission about his QB son and two-way star regarding their rankings. But in addition, Coach Prime also admitted that he already “kind of knows” where they’re going to land, and if “certain teams” try to draft them, there is a strong possibility that there’s going to be an “Eli Manning” where his players would reject the offers.

Coach Prime’s revelation gave many NFL analysts something to talk about. Shannon Sharpe and Chad Johnson came together to talk football, and in one of their Sunday chapters, they touched on Deion Sanders and his vision for Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter when they enter the 2025 NFL Draft.

In their recent YouTube video on Nightcap, Sharpe and Johnson discussed their opinions on Coach Prime’s rate on his above-mentioned players as top 1-4 prospects. Sharpe revealed that while everyone would want the best situation for their kid, considering Shedeur Sanders is an outstanding QB, “he’ll probably go to a cr*ppy team.” After all, that’s how the NFL Draft works. The worst team gets the advantage of the first pick, and according to Deion Sanders’ projection of his son as the top 1 quarterback, he is supposed to be the game-changer for a losing team. Shannon added, “One thing I know about Prime… he don’t care… Prime going to do what he absolutely believes in… Nothing bothers him.”

In contrast to Sharpe, the former Cincinnati Bengals WR replied, “I think Sheduer will be the one going first, and Travis Hunter is such a special player. Obviously someone who can play on both sides of the ball.” Johnson further elaborated on Sanders’ validity in his concerns, as the development of a quarterback comes when they’re with the right organization with the right offensive gear. Again, this is a testament to Deion Sanders’ concern for his son, which he displayed earlier this month.

Deion Sanders only wants the best for Shedeur Sanders

Before his admission about his NFL projection for Shedeur Sanders, Coach Prime said on SiriusXM Mad Dog Radio that environmental factors matter. He said, “I don’t want my kid going nowhere cold next year. He grew up in Texas. He played in Jackson, played in Colorado. Season’s over before it gets cold in Colorado. I’m just thinking way ahead. I don’t want that for him.”
