A few weeks ago, Deion Sanders broke the internet and found himself a hot topic for discussion. This happened when he told the media that there are “certain teams” that he doesn’t want QB son Shedeur Sanders and two-way star Travis Hunter to join when they enter the 2025 NFL Draft. He even hinted at an “Eli Manning” situation if that scenario happened. 

While appearing on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast, he projected Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter as the top four players to enter the 2025 draft class. He said, “Anywhere from one through four. One of them is going to be one… And the latter one will not go behind four.” 

An intriguing piece of news on Deion Sanders’ NFL team preference for Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter is posted on X by ML Football. According to the news, Coach Prime wants them to play in one of the six teams: Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys, Washington Commanders, Baltimore Ravens, and Atlanta Falcons. 

This revelation came during his interview when he said they would be a “good fit” for the Eagles. He also approved that the 49ers, Cowboys, Commanders, and Ravens would be potential landing places for them, given that he played in all of these teams during his career. He also said of his experience with Atlanta, “There were certain cities that fit. Atlanta fit. And I want that for my kids. All of them. I want the right fit.” But let the draft subjects stay aside for now because they still have one more season to weigh their thoughts. The upcoming spring weekend is the hottest event on the Buffs’ calendar.

After the game on April 27, a concert featuring renowned artists like Lil Wayne and BossMan Dlow will be held. With such exciting events lined up, the draft speculations can take a back seat as the Buffs prepare for a thrilling spring weekend.
