The NIL race between NBA legend LeBron James’ son Bronny James and NFL legend Deion Sanders’ son Shedeur Sanders continues to stay heated. Since the 2021 NCAA policy that allowed student-athletes to profit off of their name, image, and likeness, the NIL landscape is only moving on an upward trajectory. For now, Bronny James is in the lead on On3 NIL 100 rankings.

However, Shedeur Sanders remains the top earner in college football, after NIL value incurred a staggering rise with his collaboration with Pharrell Williams at the Paris fashion show. Bronny’s stocks saw further rise after a major collaboration with Google, leaving the Buffs QB in his dust, thanks to the innovative “Circle to Search” feature.

Leaving aside his dull freshman season at USC as they fell 15-18, Bronny James had a mega partnership with Google to redefine people’s interaction with the digital world. The “Circle to Search” technology allows users to easily find an item by simply circling the image on their screen. He uploaded the commercial on his IG to showcase his credibility as a popular face in college sports.

The 19-year-old said of his experience using this new feature, “Circle to Search is super easy to use! I had a good time showing off this new AI feature that’s exclusive to Android phones.” Circle to Search is now available for use on the Samsung Galaxy S24 series, Pixel 8, and Pixel 8 Pro. Needless to say, this huge ad garnered him lots of attention as his NIL valuation rose to $4.9 million, surpassing Shedeur Sanders’ $4.7 million.

In addition, Shedeur Sanders also partnered with PLB Sports and Entertainment, Active Black, and Oikos. He has also signed NIL deals with KFC, wherein he recently appeared with his brother Shilo Sanders and two-way star Travis Hunter in a KFC commercial. Nothing is holding back this young football star from hustling. As one of the top earners in college football already, his future in the pro league looks bright.
