The NCAA is rocked hard by the sign-stealing accusations. During the last month, The Michigan State Football program came under fire for in-person scouting of opposition players. Once the NCAA started its investigation, the culprits came into the picture. Thereon, the detectives involved in the investigation have fired the staffer Connor Stalions and now suspended the HC.

Jim Harbaugh, who earlier faced a ban on recruiting during the start of the season, is now facing another suspension. Now, the Michigan team is in tatters and it needs solid rebuilding. It’s sad to see one of the best teams in the NCAA facing such a tragedy. However, amid allegations, a former coach has chipped in with harsh reality. Jason Brown was also suspended in the wake of his text messages to former player Alexandros Alexiou. Hence, Brown knows how it feels to be suspended after giving your all in the coaching capacity. Taking to platform X, he raised concerns over how the accusations have been blown way out of proportion.

Former controversial coach Jason Brown is the latest person to jump in with Michigan’s allegations. He took direct aim at the Big 10 conference as the NCAA further imposed a ban on the HC. Brown didn’t deny the issue but highlighted how several other serious issues have plagued the NCAA, but no action as yet was taken for the same. He even went ahead calling the Big 10 soft!

While Michigan State Football is reeling with outside noise, Brown has offered some sharp insights. As someone who coached college teams, Jason didn’t hold back on his opinions. He revealed how the Big 10 are so pathetic for suspending Harbaugh as he heads off to Penn State via plane.

NCAA is doing a cleanup job in Michigan State and bringing parity in the crisis. The strong reaction from Jason Brown also highlights that perhaps Big 10 also ignores several things. Brown also tore apart the Big 10 saying that they don’t have a process in order.

Whether it’s doing cleanup or actually taking action for a serious offense, can be debated to no end. After all, the signs of guilt are very prevalent on the Michigan side. With Harbaugh’s latest suspension, things are not looking good for the team for the last 3 games of the season.

The big news coming from the NCAA division is that Jim Harbaugh has been suspended. Michigan would play their last three games of the 2023/24 season without their head coach. The Big 10 conference essayed a 13-page letter and mentioned the proceedings. As the commissioner Tony Petitti mentioned Michigan “violated the Sportsmanship Policy because a University football staff member engaged in an organized, extensive, years-long in-person advance scouting scheme that was impermissible.”

Moreover, Michigan went outside the rulebooks by gaining an unfair advantage through sign-stealing. Pettiti also stressed that the punishments and bans served are justified given the extent of damages caused. As per Harbaugh, the allegations weren’t accurate, but the investigation revealed other things. The investigation also revealed that Harbaugh knew about the cheating and yet continued with the scheme. Therefore, the Big 10 has rightfully banned Jim Harbaugh.
