Nothing beats meeting a close friend with whom you share a deep bond after a long time. Coach Prime Deion Sanders was nothing short of excited as his close friend and brother Michael Vick visited him in Boulder. His recent IG reel melts fans’ hearts as Coach Prime reveals his little piece of heaven to the former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback.

Michael Vick was one of the most promising NFL players during his career from 2001 to 2015, and he had to leave the league under controversial circumstances that got him involved with the law. But even so, Deion Sanders had shown great support to him even if it meant earning his fair share of criticism. And now that the two are back together, the Colorado Buffaloes head coach isn’t holding back anything.

Deion Sanders recently uploaded a reel on his Instagram where he and Michael Vick talked about the weather as friends meeting after a long time. He captioned, “Sat down with my brother today.” The reel featured Coach Prime proudly showing off his wonderful view of Folsom Field and distant mountains in the background.

The retired NFL QB described the view as a “one in a ten million watch” with the “atmosphere” and the “fans’ appreciation.” Coach Prime admitted that he sleeps there on Friday nights when his team is playing, as he likes to go to sleep on an empty field and wake up to people “trickling in a little bit.” He portrays the experience as “unbelievable.” Just like old friends, the two talked about the snow and the temperature in Colorado and speculated how it’s different from the temperature in Atlanta.

Michael Vick is an NFL record breaker as the first QB to rush for 1,000 yards in a season. He was picked first overall by the Atlanta Falcons during the 2001 NFL Draft. After his official retirement from the NFL in 2017, he briefly served as the head coach for the Atlanta Legends in 2019.

Deion Sanders and Michael Vick always had a close bond with each other, and it was evident even from their time at Jackson State. They would spend time talking at practice, and Coach Prime put him on a pedestal when he introduced him. He introduced him to the team, saying, “There was none before him. And there will never be another like him ever.

Another instance is when Coach Prime defended his friend despite an allegation in 2007. Vick, the then highest-paid NFL player, was charged with running an illegal dog fighting ring. While the public shunned the player’s actions, Deion Sanders defended him, saying that everything is “all the result of perspective.” He thought Michael Vick wanted to “have the biggest, toughest dog on the street” because they somehow identified with them.
