Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes are entering a new era. The bygones are bygones and the 2023 season is now history. As the team moves into the 2024 season with 7 major offensive line changes, the HC is doing everything in his power to make the side a formidable unit. There have been several changes in the offensive line for the Buffs. Deion Sanders is focusing on strengthening the offenses and allowing the key players some support from the field.

The challenges are plenty and the situation is a lot tougher but Coach Prime is doing his work. Deion Sanders already called next year the “season of expectations” compared to the season of hope for the 2023 one. The change began with the recruiting masterclass that the HC gave while absorbing talented players within the Colorado Buffaloes. CFB Insider Bruce Feldman also highlighted Deion’s recruiting prowess on the Rich Eisen show. He said, “Even if they’re not elite linemen, they’re better than probably what they had….I think Shedeur is really good and I think they do have good skill guys around.”

The goal of entering the playoffs seems clearer for the 2024 season as the Buffs have a terrific set of offensive players. As voiced by Feldman as well, the side just needs to perform well together not just in patches. Talking about expectations, Bruce opined that the side was awful in the offensive line last year and must look to turn things around the next year.

In an On3 interview, Coach Prime said, “We instilled hope not only in our fan base, but in college football alike. But, next year is a season of expectation. Right now, we are recruiting our butts off. I’m recruiting as I speak. The expectation is everything. We have players that can get it done. We have a tremendous coaching staff. Now, we just got to add a few more pieces to the puzzle.” Now with a new-look offensive side, there will be support for Shedeur Sanders and an opportunity to perform better than the last season.
